Passing on Our Faith

There is no doubt about it. Satan is busy selling lies to our culture. Part of his agenda is to get people to doubt who they are created to be, their callings from God, and how He has gifted them to bless others. Today, we have scores of young people who are questioning whether they are male or female… some even identifying with a plethora of other so-called “genders.”

The search for significance, purpose and meaning is real. But for followers of Jesus Christ, we must see it in the light of the amazing holy days we commemorate on Good Friday and celebrate on Resurrection Sunday. Because of all the confusion in our culture, we should make sure that our children and grandchildren know what Jesus Christ did for us on Golgotha in order that we may be called the children of God (1 John 3:1). We must take advantage of what this weekend offers us, not only to build and honor your family’s traditions, but also to build your family’s faith in a holy, loving, and merciful God.
