Overturn Obergefell

When the U.S. Supreme Court decided favorably in the case of Obergefell v. Hodges in 2015, it was celebrated as a win for adult equality.

The Court declared same-sex “marriage” a constitutional right, grounding its decision in the Due Process and Equal Protection Clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment.
